We stayed for 4 nights . Breakfast was good.all staff is very responsive and professional. They always came up to me and ask if I need anything and asked about our stay. We felt warm hospitality and had good impression on Thrissur thanks to hotel staff and manager

For breakfast, The lid of food pan is heavy and did not stay opened so someone needs to hold the lid when I got the food from lid

In the center of the town

1/no entrance light by the door-room no 70012/PdRs65,000/- for 4nites.But3/used the room for Jan-1-3nite.4/chkd out early morning 4am on January 4th.5/no ac in the corridor of 7th floor.

1. Ordered items in the menu were not available. It happened twice.2. Carpets in the room were torn and shabby.

Great location close by to the market. The staff were very accommodative and very friendly. Special thanks to Alna for guiding me with recommendations for places to eat and visit as it was my first visit.

Clean and functional. Bed is superb and the linen too was decent.

Shower gel was empty in the shower cubicle, however was told to fix the next morning while going out. But somehow was not refilled till we came back and wanted to take a shower.

Large room. They opened the gym at 5 AM for me.

The lobby is small and was chaotic. A few cameramen had taken over the entire place with their stuff strew around. Staff were distracted. The biggest let-down was the shower. The drain was blocked. I asked for it be cleaned to no avail. Finally I used the toothbrush from the dental kit and cleaned the blocked drain myself. The restaurant was badly managed. I sat there waiting for an order of tea to be taken. Asked for cookies and was served something out of a packet. The breakfast starts at 7.30 am which is exceptionally late for a high quality hotel. When I requested for something light to be served by 7 it was refused. Staff are not trained to meet Radisson standards. Lot of work to be done. For a new place it already looks like needing maintenance in some areas. The biggest let-down was the lack of professionalism of the staff. They seemed distracted by some photo shoot event instead of paying attention to guests needs. The card key jacket was torn and soiled. Just goes to show the lack of attention to detail and of cutting corners.

Stay was Ok but overall below expectations.

1. Cramped up entry. on arrival need to wait in queue to get down from the car inacse there is another car is in front which is most irritating and bad first impression !! No open space..difficulty in parking.2. Beakfast spread was too less for the price charged like a 5 star and poor prsentation and not tasty.3. in the bath room the glass partition is a waste since it doesn't serve the purpose !! Also the WC should have been nearer to bath area specially to cater for seniors as well as people with physical handicap.4. The hotel charges are too high for the services and facilities provided.

Most comfortable, bedding first class, slept really well. Services throughout the hotel are top notch. The staff are most professional and friendly, whether it be the wonderful reception staff, or the alert and courteous staff in the restaurant. Breakfast was great.

Loved our stay here. We stayed for 2 weeks. Staff is nice and helpful, everything is clean and its a good location.
